MIS generally falls into four categories: programming, sales, data-base administrator, and Information Center Management (Bailey 155). The more detailed classifications includes Financial MIS, Manufacturing MIS, Marketing MIS, and Human resource MIS. A financial MIS provides financial information to all financial managers within and organization (Reynolds 401). ââ¬Å"A marketing MIS supports managerial activities in the areas of product development, distribution, pricing decisions, promotional effectiveness, and sales forecastingâ⬠(Reynolds 413). A human resource MIS, also called the personnel MIS, is concerned with activities related to employees of the organizationâ⬠(Reynolds 418). The annual salary for an IT professional after he or she receives his or her bachelorâ⬠s degree ranges from $35,000 to $45,000 depending on the company and his or her experience. Most IT professionals work in an industrial company rather than a government supervised company. According to Khawaja, ââ¬Å"Government owned companies are less challenging. â⬠Some IT professionals work in companies or organization such as IBM, Compaq, Intel, Microsoft, and Sun Microsystems. All of these companies have a good reputation in the IT market. If being an IT professional does not satisfy someone as a career such as being a network administrator, he or she can change the field of his or her profession. They can change their profession into a programmer, a system analyst, a data-base administrator or other fields that IT provides. Serial Killers Serial Killers and What They Are Behavior is sometimes defined as the response of an individual, group, or species to its environment. Parents, girlfriends, sisters, brothers, and peers can all affect a persons behavior. Not everybody necessarily will have the behavior of a serial killer. In this paper, I will attempt to show the difference between the psychopath and the psychotic. Explain how the environment, upbringing, and treatment of serial killers led them to become who they are today. Most serial killers can be placed in two categories, the psychopath and the psychotic. Psychotics are clearly insane and fail to perceive reality correctly. However, very few serial killers fall into this category. Most serial killers have a thought out scheme, or plan of going about things. They think things through, and evaluate what the situation could bring to them. This comes from a long line of abuse, intolerance, and dysfunction during their early childhood years. Many people may even go so far as to view certain serial killers as geniuses, in the respect that their actions are so well thought out so very carefully planned. These types of serial killers would fall, under the psychopath category. A psychopath, also known as a sociopath, does not suffer from a mental illness, where in their makeup of their DNA have nothing to do with the way they are. A psychopath, rather suffers from a severe brain flaw, or personality, resulting due to the way they were brought up, their envir onment, and the way they were treated by family, especially that of the parents, or brothers, and sisters. One thing to note about the psychopath is that, the majority of the time, they realize the crime they are committing is wrong. This does not concern them, however, as they feel their need to kill and punish is greater than any rule or law (www.serialkillers.net). Psychopaths are usually very smart, very deceiving, and very normal upon first glance. They look like everyone else and behave like everyone else when in the company of others. Deep into the depths of their mind, they are working up an elaborate plan on how to catch their prey tonight. They have a need to kill, and an elaborate scheme, to fit the pieces of the puzzle. Their need to kill comes from the way they were treated in the past. Some serial killers hold vengeful thoughts towards their parents, fathers in particular, who dismissed them from their lives or abused and harmed them when they were children. An example is, John Wayne Gacy, During Gacys late teens, he had some trouble with his father, although relations with his mother and sisters were very strong. John Wayne Gacy, Sr., was an abusive alcoholic who physically abused his wife and verbally assaulted his children. Although John Sr. was an unpleasant individual, young Gacy deeply loved his father and wanted desperately to gain his devotion and attention. However, his father would drink himself stupid and physically and verbally abuse young Gacy. He would call him a queer, and a mamas boy, and seemingly avoided his son at all costs. Unfortunately, Gacy was never able to get very close to his father before he died, something which he regretted his entire life. During a three year period, Gacy would go on to viciously torture, rape, and murder over 30 young boys, who would later be discovered buried under the floorboards of his home. Another notorious serial killer whose killings were based on major events that occurred to him during his adolescent years is the infamous Ted Bundy. Bundy grew up with a family of all women. He never knew his father, and his mother and sisters played a big role in his life. He was shy as friends recalled him being a loner in school. In college he met a young woman by the name of Stephanie Brooks, and he fell instantly in love. Stephanie became Teds first love, and she was the first woman Ted was ever involved with sexually.

Romantic poetry was an artistic movement of the late 18th and early 19th century. It dealt with nature, human imagination, childhood and the ability to recall emotional memories of both happiness and sadness. Before Wordsworth began writing his revolutionary new style of poetry, all preceding poetry had a very different style. The reason these poems were classed as revolutionary was because he believed that romantic poetry should describe "incidents of common life" and ordinary people and were written in deliberately plain words. It was what Wordsworth called "The real language of men". Before this style of writing, all poems were about important things and people. They were written about Kings, Queens and Gods. All poems were of a formal nature and of epic proportions. Before Wordsworth, poets didn't believe that "common people" were good enough to have a poem written about them. We see Wordsworth's Romantic style and the inclusion of memories, imagination, human feelings and ordinary people. One such poem is "The Reverie of Poor Susan". In this poem, we are told of Susan who is a woman from the country who is living and working in the city. As she passes by a bird singing in a cage, she seems to be saddened. Wordsworth wonders why this is, as he says the bird's song is very beautiful " Tis a note of enchantment. What ails her?" We then see that the reason for this is that Susan is very homesick and longs to be back in the country. She imagines the streets of London turning into hills and green pastures. It shows how scared you can actually make yourself. Wordsworth then goes on to say how he didn't return to normal for days after and if he still remembered it by the time he wrote this, it must have been very emotional and traumatic for him. "There hung a darkness remained no pleasant image and were a trouble to my dreams" In conclusion, the reason Wordsworth's poetry fits into the literary tradition of Romantic Poetry is that he complies with and uses all aspects of Romanticism in his poetry. He believed what he wrote was important and he had a great love for nature, which is why I think his poetry was so powerful. He was a revolutionary and new poet who could reach out to the ordinary people.

A Midsummer Nights Dream is one of Shakespeares most widely read comedies about love. This seems somewhat strange, however, in light of the fact that so few of its characters seem to display any kind of full or true love. A close examination of the actions and words of each of the players will reveal that only one of them, by the end of Act V, should be considered a lover. For the purposes of this inquiry, we are defining love as that which steadily desires and works to attain the benefit of another. I think this definition becomes very important when we study the uses and effects of the dew of the pansy (first mentioned in 2.1.166ff.) on the various characters on whom its charm is worked, and by extension, on those with whomâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦The key word in our definition is steadily. In the play, the effects of the dew have shown the desires of the charmed to be anything but steady. Therefore I believe we can immediately eliminate from consideration the characters of Lysander, Demetrius, and Titania. Lysander, throughout the play, shows a real concern for only two others: Hermia and Helena. His concern, however, acts more like a switch than anything, because as soon as he starts to care about one, he ceases to care about the other. After falling under the dews charm, he insults Hermia, his former lover, quite harshly (3.2.175ff.). Once the dew is used on him again, however, he seems to take little note of his former actions and feelings (4.1.144ff.). In a similar manner, Demetrius has his affections toyed with by the magic, and shows them to be fairly empty as well. By his own admission, his love for Hermia was melted as the snow (4.1.169) when he awoke in the morning -- I wot not by what power, he says (4.1.167). Titanias case is slightly more interesting in that she displays what might be love for no less than three of the plays characters: Oberon, Nick Bottom (in the form of an ass), and the changeling child.
